Daily price store for about 51,000 US-listed instruments with a security master keyed by FIGI. Postgres holds the small relational definitions, parquet holds the large recomputable series, and DuckDB joins them at read time. About 350M bars in 3.6 GB.

Corporate-action re-pulls, because an adjustment rewrites every prior adjusted close. Temp-then-rename writes so a reader never sees a partial file. A lock file so the daily and weekly jobs cannot interleave.

In production as a Docker container running FastAPI and cron jobs over Postgres 17, deployed by a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner: a push to the production branch pulls, rebuilds and restarts the stack.
